Dr. Thompson performs a broad range of technically advanced cutting edge procedures including arthroscopic shoulder surgery, fracture care and reconstruction; computer navigated minimally invasive total hip replacements, hip arthroscopy, knee arthroscopy, resurfacing, ACL reconstruction, partial knee replacement and computer navigated minimally invasive total knee replacement. Dr. Thompson completed his residency at SUNY Stony Brook, followed by a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction at NYU School of Medicine Hospital for Joint Diseases, where he also served as an assistant professor.
